Regulatory Documents Governing the Activities of Specialized Schools of Arts and Culture and Boarding Schools Have Been Improved

In order to improve the regulatory documents governing the activities of specialized schools of arts and culture and boarding schools, introduce a unified approach to their administration, and optimize existing work processes, work was organized to develop relevant draft documents.

As part of this work, the Cultural Education Center established a Working Group comprising qualified specialists in the field of culture and arts education.

The Working Group developed a list of regulatory documents to be maintained by specialized schools of arts and culture and boarding schools, instructions for maintaining these documents, as well as the relevant document templates.

The developed documents are aimed at establishing a unified procedure for document management in educational institutions, ensuring the effective use of modern information and communication technologies, optimizing work processes, improving the document management system, and increasing management efficiency.

To this end, the relevant regulatory documents were approved by Order No. 462 of the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 10, 2026, “On Approval of the List of Regulatory Documents Related to the Activities of Specialized Schools of Arts and Culture and Boarding Schools, Instructions for Their Maintenance, and Relevant Forms.”
