methodological coordination of the activities of general secondary, extracurricular, vocational and higher education institutions in the field of culture and arts;

conducting analyses and developing recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of education in the aforementioned educational institutions;

identifying talented young people residing in various regions of the Republic and directing them on a targeted basis to educational institutions in the field of culture and arts;

developing scientific and methodological foundations for selection-based training, as well as areas aimed at enabling young talents to demonstrate their abilities, and implementing them in practice;

improving education in the field of culture and arts based on advanced international experience;

developing and implementing modern methods for providing integrated levels of education at different stages of education, assessing knowledge, and monitoring the quality of education;

analyzing the labor market’s demand for specialists in relevant sectors and development trends, as well as developing admission parameters for personnel training based on the state order;

preparing proposals for improving qualification requirements for learners and teaching staff;

introducing advanced forms of training, retraining and professional development for managerial and teaching staff of educational institutions in the field of culture and arts;

creating conditions for the continuous enhancement of teachers’ professional skills;

studying and analyzing the compliance of educational and upbringing processes in state educational institutions, regardless of their institutional affiliation and organizational and legal form, with state educational standards in the field of culture and arts;

conducting monitoring of the quality of personnel training, overseeing the composition of academic and teaching staff and the quality of their professional development, and preparing relevant conclusions;

conducting analytical and applied research aimed at the development of education in the field of culture and arts;

organizing the preparation of scientific developments aimed at the extensive use of achievements in global science and technology in the educational process;

developing proposals and recommendations to improve the curriculum and textbooks for the subject “Music Culture” in general secondary schools, enhance teachers’ professional qualifications, and create musical collections aimed at fostering national and patriotic sentiments;

developing draft regulatory and legal documents aimed at further improving the education system in the field of culture and arts, as well as implementing them in educational institutions in the field of culture and arts in cooperation with authorized state governance bodies.

In accordance with the tasks assigned to it, the Center for Cultural Education performs the following functions:

provides methodological coordination of the activities of general secondary, supplementary, vocational and higher education institutions in the field of culture and arts;

conducts analytical work aimed at improving the quality and effectiveness of education in educational institutions and develops relevant proposals and recommendations;

develops proposals for improving educational programs, curricula, textbooks, educational and methodological materials, and scientific and methodological resources in the field of culture and arts education;

studies modern pedagogical technologies, advanced educational methodologies and international experience, and develops methodological recommendations for their introduction into the educational process;

participates in the development and implementation of modern mechanisms to ensure continuity and integration between levels of education, assessment of knowledge, and quality assurance of education;

develops methodological approaches aimed at identifying and selecting talented young people in the field of culture and arts, directing them to relevant educational pathways on a targeted basis, developing their talents, and supporting their career development;

develops proposals for introducing modern and advanced forms of training, retraining and professional development for managerial and teaching staff of educational institutions in the field of culture and arts;

organizes methodological, scientific-practical and educational activities aimed at the continuous development of teachers’ professional competencies and methodological skills;

studies and analyzes the implementation of state educational standards, curricula and educational programs in educational institutions in the field of culture and arts;

conducts monitoring of the quality of personnel training, the composition of academic and teaching staff, and the effectiveness of their professional development, and prepares analytical conclusions;

organizes analytical, scientific and applied research aimed at developing education in the field of culture and arts and develops proposals for implementing the results of such research in practice;

develops scientific and methodological materials aimed at expanding the use of modern information and communication technologies, digital educational resources, and advances in science and technology in the educational process;

develops proposals and recommendations for improving the teaching of the subject “Music Culture” in general secondary schools, enhancing curricula and textbooks, improving teachers’ professional qualifications, and creating methodological materials and music collections aimed at fostering national and patriotic values;

develops international cooperation in the field of culture and arts education and organizes the exchange of experience with foreign educational institutions, international organizations and experts;

participates in international conferences, seminars, forums, congresses, symposia and other scientific and practical events, as well as in their organization;

studies and analyzes advanced national and international practices in culture and arts education and develops proposals for their introduction into domestic educational practice;

promotes the development of national values, spiritual and moral qualities, and a sense of patriotism among learners through the organization of cultural and educational activities;

participates in the development of draft regulatory and legal documents aimed at further improving the education system in the field of culture and arts and prepares relevant proposals and recommendations;

analyzes labor market demand for specialists in the field of culture and arts and development trends, and develops proposals for improving personnel training parameters;

develops proposals for improving qualification requirements for learners and teaching staff;

provides methodological support to educational institutions in the field of culture and arts and promotes their best practices;

develops methodological manuals, recommendations, scientific and methodological materials, and other practical resources aimed at improving the quality of education and enhancing the educational process;

analyzes identified problems and shortcomings related to improving the quality of education and develops relevant proposals and recommendations for their elimination.
