ENHANCING THE CAPACITY OF MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL

The Center places particular emphasis on enhancing the management capacity of heads of educational institutions, identifying promising specialists, and developing a professional talent pool for leadership positions.

In 2025, 285 specialists who were candidates for management positions underwent interviews, of whom 61 specialists were recommended for the relevant positions.

To ensure the systematic development of professionals with leadership and management potential, the “Cultural Education Leaders” Club was established on February 23, 2026. Within the framework of the Club, training programs were introduced to develop management skills, promote modern leadership approaches, and prepare promising professionals for future leadership roles.

To date, 16 sector specialists have successfully completed the training course organized within the “Cultural Education Leaders” Club.
