ATTESTATION AND ASSESSMENT OF TEACHING STAFF

The system for the attestation and assessment of teaching staff is being consistently improved. This area plays an important role in enhancing the quality of education, regularly evaluating teachers’ professional competence, and encouraging their continued professional development.
In 2025, a total of 8,190 teachers across the country participated in qualification assessments. As a result, 6,158 teachers had their qualification categories upgraded.
In 2026, creative and theoretical qualification assessments in specialized subjects were organized under a new procedure for 6,017 teachers. Following the completion of these assessments, 5,811 teachers had their qualification categories upgraded.
All attestation and assessment processes are carried out through digital platforms based on the principles of openness, transparency, and impartiality. This contributes to improving the efficiency of the system, reducing the impact of the human factor, and creating more convenient conditions for teachers.
